Reflection period and right of withdrawal

A 30-day cooling-off period applies to all online purchases. This takes effect the moment the package is received by you or on your behalf.

If the product does not meet your requirements, you can return your order.

Before you remove a product from the packaging, it is wise to check the packaging first. Many packagings describe which product it is and what it does. Just like in a physical store, you can assess and view the product, but not use it. If you have any doubts or questions about the product, please contact our customer service.

The right of withdrawal only applies to consumers and not to business customers. The explanation of the European Consumer Protection Directive states that business customers (including small self-employed persons) do not have a right of withdrawal.

Conditions for returns

  • The trial period of 30 calendar days after the delivery date has not yet expired
  • The item is clean, complete and undamaged
  • The item has not been used. Just like in a physical store, you can rate and view the product, but do not use it
  • The (factory) packaging is original, undamaged (if reasonably possible) and not described by you
  • The return will be properly packaged so that items cannot be damaged during transport
  • Product packaging must be sent in the original shipping box
  • You are liable for the depreciation of the products resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In the case of products that cannot be sold as new, the damage amounts to a maximum of 100% of the purchase price
  • Hygienic articles whose seal has been broken are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygienic reasons

What cannot be returned?

  • Opened sealed (hygienic) items will not be taken back
  • Items with signs of use and/or damage

How do I register my returns?

If you meet the conditions of return, the order can be returned. Send an email to info@PeddyPal.com stating that you want to return an item or order. Also state your name and order number. We will answer the email with return instructions, a return label and a return form.

Did you receive an item that you did not order?

  • Please contact our customer service asap via the email address info@ PeddyPal .com 
  • Include the following in the email: what did you receive, what should you have received, a photo of the order you received and the order number of your order.
  • You will receive a return label from us for returning
  • If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the return costs will be for your account; also for partial returns

Send return package

Shipment takes place at the risk of the sender. PeddyPal is responsible from demonstrable receipt of your return. Make sure that your return shipment is properly packaged and do not forget to include the completed return form in the box. This ensures that the processing of your return goes smoothly. Filling in the return reason is not necessary, but you help to improve our products / product information. In any case, note all products that are returned on the return form (with item number), so that the contents of the package can be checked for completeness.

NB! For items purchased via Bol.com, you must also register the return at Bol.com for a refund of your purchase amount.

Costs for return shipment

You can return your items at PeddyPal within the trial period of 30 days. If you use the shipping method as indicated by PeddyPal .

  • If you choose a different shipping method of return (e.g. different carrier, registered, urgent, cash on delivery, freepost number, etc.), no declarations of shipping costs will be accepted if no written permission from Peddy Pets has been obtained.
  • If you choose a different shipping method of return, if no written permission has been obtained from Peddy Pets, Peddy Pets is not liable for loss, damage, etc.
  • Packages that cannot be delivered, refused by the recipient, or are not collected from a Parcelshop within 7 days will be returned to Peddy Pets. Peddy Pets charges € 6.25 return costs afterwards for the method of return. If the package is received in the normal way and then returned, the regular agreements apply
  • Items that are not reported as a return within 30 days of receipt and subsequently sent within 14 days will not be accepted and processed
  • In case of partial return, shipping costs related to the original order will still be charged
  • Items that are damaged due to improper packaging of your return will be refunded less the decrease in value. If the item can no longer be sold as new, the damage can amount to 100% of the purchase value
  • Items that are soiled are assessed as damaged. Cleaning costs are deducted from the return amount as damage
  • Returns not accepted by Peddy Pets can be returned to you after payment of the shipping costs of € 6.25. If you do not respond 15 days after receiving the message "does not meet the conditions", we will assume that you no longer appreciate the article. Peddy Pets bears no responsibility for and does not facilitate the storage of non-accepted items.
Refund
If you return an item, we will process it within 14 days. Did you return an item more than 21 days ago but have not received a message yet? Please contact our customer service. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you made your purchase. If you return the entire order, you will receive the total amount minus the return costs of € 6.25. The shipping costs incurred by you for the return are therefore for your own account. These will be deducted from the amount to be refunded by us. If you have returned part of your order, you will only receive the purchase amount of these items back. The shipping costs of the return shipment are also deducted from the purchase amount to be refunded.
